Front Fork Seal Protector

Front Fork Sock 6" Fork Seal Protectors for V-Twin, Sport, Cruiser, Adventure, Touring, Custom or Dual Sport Bike, Upside Down Forks, Conventional Forks, 37-50mm Fork Tube Features: Features wraparound hook and loop fastener that allows you to remove within 10s to clean. Not like other products in the market that are hard to install or remove, causing dirt to be trapped under the sleeve. This wraparound neoprene sleeve covers the lower part of the upper fork tube and upper part of the lower fork tube, providing all-around protection for your fork seal to prevent the oil of the interior from leaking out. The lower part pushes away the dirt and debris which helps prolong the lifespan of the tube. The upper part features an elastic circumferential strap that prevents migration of the sleeve. Perfectly fit for 37-50mm upside-down forks and conventional forks. Installation Note: Some Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Honda models come with metal and plastic protector guide rings. You're required to remove the guide ring before installation. KTM big bikes come with black plastic protector guide rings. Before installing the fork sock, you need to remove the guide ring, or the fork sock will be torn from rubbing when installed on the top of the ring. Maintenance: It's recommended that you remove the fork sock after each day of riding. Don't leave your fork sock on when you wash the bike. Remove it and rinse with a garden hose or wash it in the sink with warm soapy water. Spread out the fork sock and let dry. Then, install it back to your front fork. Remember not to let it on while you're washing, or it could trap water and sand, which causes the leakage of your front fork.
