Why Proper pH Balance Matters Prevents cloudy water Reduces scale buildup Protects heaters and spa components Improves sanitizer performance Enhances overall water comfort FROG® DropH: Step-by-Step User Guide Step 1: Test water weekly using FROG® Test Strips (or FROG @ease® Test Strips if using FROG @ease) to monitor pH levels. Step 2: Ensure Total Alkalinity is in the ideal range of 80–120 ppm before adjusting pH. Step 3: If pH is high, use the dosing chart on the bottle to determine how much FROG DropH to add using the TruDose Cap™. Step 4: With jets running and the spa unoccupied, pour FROG DropH into the hot tub. Run jets for 10–15 minutes, keeping the cover off while circulating. Step 5: Retest the water and repeat steps as needed until pH reaches the ideal range of 7.2–7.6. With FROG DropH, achieving balanced, clear, and comfortable spa water is simple, accurate, and stress-free.
