Superellipse™ Dining Table

The Fritz Hansen Superellipse™ Dining Table is a collaborative masterpiece by Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson, and Arne Jacobsen, seamlessly blending their design expertise into a chic, modern centerpiece. Rooted in Scandinavian design, its unique superellipse shape, inspired by Hein's solution to a traffic problem at Sergels Torg in Stockholm, eliminates any traditional "head" of the table, fostering inclusive social gatherings. Crafted from durable materials like steel and laminate, the Fritz Hansen Superellipse™ Dining Table features clean lines and a lightweight presence, epitomizing mid-century modern and Scandinavian design principles. Its versatility makes it suitable for both domestic and commercial dining spaces. Pair it with the Series 7 or NAP chairs to elevate the dining experience, creating a harmonious blend of form and function. Fritz Hansen tables embody the brand’s commitment to Danish design, expert craftsmanship, and functional beauty. Each piece reflects a balance of aesthetics and utility, staying true to the Scandinavian design  and mid-century modern philosophy of simplicity, longevity, and timeless appeal. The Planner™ Square Coffee Table, designed by Paul McCobb, is a best-seller that showcases a refined blend of geometric precision and natural materials, featuring a marble top and slender metal frame for a sophisticated mid-century modern aesthetic. Similarly, the Join™ Coffee Table blends minimalist structure with organic curves, offering versatility and a refined presence. Whether for dining, work, or relaxation, Fritz Hansen tables elevate interiors with their understated elegance and enduring quality, embodying the essence of Danish design.
