The adjustable cable height and smooth trolley system make it versatile enough for upper and lower body cable exercises. What is a 1:1 pulley ratio? This gives you true resistance and helps track progress accurately. How much floor space does it take up? The tower has a compact footprint measuring 83" (L with seat extended) x 48" (W) x 92" (H). It’s engineered to deliver full function without crowding your gym space. Can I adjust the cable height for different exercises? Yes. Whether you're pulling from the floor or overhead, you can tailor the setup instantly. How easy is it to switch between lat pulldowns and rows? Switching exercises is fast and tool-free. The seat flips up or down with one hand, allowing seamless transitions from vertical pulldowns to horizontal rows—keeping your workouts fluid and efficient.
