Frieling | Brotform Liner, Rectangular

Proofing the perfect loaf just got a whole lot simpler. These seamless cotton liners from Frieling are custom-contoured to fit snugly inside your rectangular brotform, creating a gentle barrier that helps dough release effortlessly without losing that iconic ribbed texture we all love. We’re particularly choosy about materials, and this 100% natural cotton is exactly what you want cradling your artisan sourdough or rustic farmhouse loaves. By using a liner, you’ll find that your cane baskets stay cleaner and your dough maintains a better rise. It’s a small addition that makes a world of difference for consistent, bakery-quality results right in your own kitchen. Grab one (or a few!) and get baking! Custom Fit: Designed specifically for the Frieling Rectangular Brotform (#3005) for a snug, seamless fit. Easy Release: All-natural cotton prevents dough from sticking to the cane ribs, ensuring a clean release every time. Preserves Pattern: Thin enough to allow the beautiful "beehive" ribbed pattern to show on your finished loaf. Better Rise: Cradles the dough to help maintain moisture and structure during the final proof. Simple Cleanup: Machine washable and ready to use again for your next bake. Hand-sewn in Poland.
