Freshly Washed Essential Oil Blend

“My laundry smells and feels so fresh and clean. Don’t know how I ever did without it!!” – Linda B. It’s time to upgrade your laundry routine! Say goodbye to artificial fragrances and harsh chemicals, and say hello to Freshly Washed—a bright and citrusy blend of sweet orange, tangerine, lime, pink grapefruit, bergamot, and spearmint essential oils. Just a few drops on wool dryer balls infuses clothing and linens with a fresh, clean scent that won’t irritate sensitive skin and noses. Fans like Lori D. love how it “smells like clothes that had been hung up outside to dry!” Make every load smell crisp, clean, and naturally fresh—without synthetic fragrances. Why You'll Love It Light, Clean Scent: Infuses fabrics with a fresh, natural fragrance reminiscent of clothes dried in the sun. The Perfect Laundry Duo: Designed for use with wool dryer balls to create a natural alternative to dryer sheets and fabric softeners. Gentle on Skin & Noses: Free from artificial fragrances and irritants, making it a great choice for those with sensitivities. Fights Tough Odors: Whether it’s sweaty gym clothes, pet bedding, or musty towels, this blend helps refresh and deodorize. So Many Uses: Not just for laundry! Add it to DIY cleaners, linen sprays, and homemade soaps, or use it in your diffuser. How to Use In Your Dryer Add 3-4 drops of Freshly Washed to a couple of wool dryer balls before putting them in the dryer. Toss the balls into the dryer with your laundry and dry as usual. Scent Not Strong Enough? Because Freshly Washed is made with pure essential oils, its scent is naturally lighter than synthetic fragrances. If you’d like a stronger, longer-lasting aroma, try these simple tricks! Let it absorb first: Allow the oil to soak into the dryer balls for 1-2 minutes before tossing them in. Adjust the amount: S2-3 drops per dryer ball for a light scent. Increase to 5-6 drops for a stronger aroma, but don’t overdo it to avoid oil stains. Apply at the right time: For a scent that lingers, add Freshly Washed to your dryer balls during the last 10-15 minutes of the cool-down cycle. Try a cool-air boost: Dry your laundry as usual, then apply essential oil to your dryer balls, toss them in with the dry clothes, and run a 5-10 minute cool-air cycle to help the scent cling to fabrics. Store for freshness: Keep unused infused dryer balls in a sealed container or bag between laundry cycles to help retain the scent. In Your Washer To infuse laundry with a fresh, clean aroma before drying: Add 4-5 drops of Freshly Washed to your unscented liquid laundry detergent before adding it to the washer. Run your wash cycle as usual. This method lightly scents fabrics without leaving residue behind. Pro Tip: If using powdered detergent, mix the oil with a tablespoon of baking soda before adding it to the drum to help distribute the scent more evenly. Beyond Laundry Freshly Washed is versatile! Try these additional ways to enjoy its crisp, citrusy aroma: In Your Diffuser: Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser with water to fill your home with a fresh, uplifting aroma. This bright citrus and mint blend offers multiple benefits: Boosts mood & energy: The cheerful notes of sweet orange, tangerine, and pink grapefruit help lift your spirits and promote a sense of happiness. Reduces stress & enhances focus: Bergamot’s calming properties, paired with the refreshing clarity of spearmint, create a balanced environment that soothes stress while keeping you alert. Naturally purifies the air: The antibacterial properties of citrus essential oils help freshen and cleanse the air, making your home feel even cleaner. Creates a spa-like ambiance: The crisp, clean aroma makes any room feel instantly more inviting and revitalized. In Your Vacuum: Add a few drops of Freshly Washed to a cotton ball and place it in your vacuum’s dust cup. As you clean, the airflow will disperse the scent, leaving your home smelling fresh! If your vacuum doesn’t have a dust cup, mix a few drops with a handful of baking soda, sprinkle it over your carpet, let it sit for a few minutes, then vacuum it up. This method helps absorb odors while infusing your space with a fresh scent. In a DIY Cleaning Spray: Add 10-15 drops to 1 cup of water and ¼ cup of white vinegar in a spray bottle for a natural, fresh-smelling cleaner. Perfect for countertops, sinks, and other surfaces. Perfect Pairings Wool Dryer Balls: The best way to naturally scent your laundry. Add a few drops of Freshly Washed to these reusable dryer balls for fresh, fragrant clothes.
