SQM Fresh Pork Belly- One of our top selling pork cuts , it's a favorite for braising or oven roasting.   Our Pork belly is "fresh" meaning it's uncured or raw and is the same cut we make our amazing bacon from!  Our fresh belly is hand cut with the skin ON, so it's perfect for creating that umami crispy cracklin pork skin!  Each package contains 1 whole slab packaged in cryovac packaging. Packages sizes vary by weight: • Small- up to 2.5 lbs    • Medium- 2.5-3.5  lbs   • Large- 3.5-4.5  lbs   • XLarge- 4.5-5.5  lbs   • Jumbo- 5.5-6.5  lbs  • Heavy- 6.5-8.5  lbs   *For large full pieces or special requests and cutting instructions, please include all details in the notes or contact the farm directly.  Our team will do our best to fill all requests. **Local farm customers- available fresh, never frozen.
