Works as an antioxidant, hair nutrient and conditioner Quick Tips Work a dime-sized amount through wet or dry hair. Use more if necessary. Key Ingredients Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil: This oil is a strong component of nutrients and minerals, which have some fatty acids and cool menthol that has a cooling effect in some shampoos and scalp products. It's used in hair products to ease dry scalp, encourage the growth of hair, and provide natural shine for hair. Panthenol - Form of Vitamin B5: As a weightless hair-lifting volumizer, hair looks more full and smooth. Pro-Vitamin B5 is very capable of bonding to the hair and adds more structure to each strand by adding resilience and strengthening layers. It helps prevent loss of moisture and smoothes each strand cuticle. This is achieved when it protects the scalp and prevents dryness. Hydrolyzed Soy Protein: Is a water-soluble, soy protein which strengthens and improves the fibers of hair. This increases the ability of the hair to keep moisture while adding sheen and smoothness. This protein temporarily binds to the hair and enhances its tension breaking resistance. Phospholipids: Moisturizes and reduces scalp irritation while conditioning the hair. Increases active penetration which improves barrier function, reduces hyperkeratosis, and stimulates cell proliferation. Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) Acetate: Reverses frizzy, damaged unmanageable hair into shiny, luscious locks. Aids in the prevention of hair loss, improving scalp circulation. Balances oil production, while adding shine, and supports a healthy scalp. Retinyl (Vitamin A) Palmitate: Enhances Appearance and feel while improving texture of the hair that has been physically or chemically damaged. Reduces flaking, and increases suppleness, sheen and body. Ascorbyl (Vitamin C) Palmitate: An oil soluable form of Vitamin C, is a potent antioxidant, and decreases photodamage of human hair. Lanolin: It is very effective when applied to skin or hair to penetrate the surface and improve retention of moisture. Lanolin is also helpful as it continues to absorb air moisture and can therefore function as a moisturizer in the scalp or the hair.
