MANGOSTEEN

Fun Fact:  once referred to as the "fruit of the gods" by the Queen Victoria of England. She was so impressed with its delicious flavor that she offered a knighthood to anyone who could bring her a fresh mangosteen fruit   Fresh mangosteen is a tropical fruit that is native to Southeast Asia. It is round in shape and about the size of a small apple, with a thick, dark purple rind and white, juicy flesh inside. Mangosteen is known for its sweet and tangy flavor, and it is often referred to as the "Queen of Fruits". To eat fresh mangosteen, you will first need to cut through the thick rind using a sharp knife. Once you have made a cut, you can twist the fruit to separate it into two halves. Inside, you will find several juicy, white segments that can be easily removed with your fingers. The flesh is slightly sweet and tangy, with a texture similar to lychee or grape. Fresh mangosteen is best eaten when it is fully ripe, which can be determined by the color of the rind. A ripe mangosteen will have a deep purple rind, and it will feel slightly soft to the touch. If the rind is still green, the fruit is not yet ripe and should be left to ripen at room temperature. To store fresh mangosteen, you should keep it in the refrigerator in a plastic bag or container. This will help to keep the fruit fresh for up to a week. However, it is best to consume mangosteen as soon as possible to enjoy its full flavor and nutritional benefits. Mangosteen is a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may help to reduce the risk of certain diseases, such as heart disease and cancer. Additionally, mangosteen may help to improve digestive health and boost the immune system.     THIS ITEM ONLY ARRIVES ONCE A WEEK, PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS WE WAIT TO SHIP YOU THE FRESHEST PRODUCTS, NOT LEFT OVER FRUITS.💚   IF WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED BY A FEW DAYS.
