(RAW) A fresh ham is the whole pork leg (hind/rear leg) with the shank included. This can be cooked fresh, pickled and then cooked which are Julskinka hams, or smoked and are typically enjoyed for a holiday meal! (Needs to be fully cooked before consuming.) If you would like the skin scored please leave a note in the comment section. This product takes a day or two to get so please do not order for a next day pickup.
