Petrale Sole Fillet

All fresh fish will be vacuum sealed unless otherwise indicated.  If you would like a different preparation please indicate at checkout in the order notes. Serving size: 1 lb feeds two people We don’t play favorites with our fish, but this is as good as it gets. Delicately nutty and mildly sweet, the flavorful and finely textured meat of this flatfish provides small, firm flakes and makes a great culinary choice for those who want seafood without the fishy smell or taste.  * Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
