The Freezer Mates® PLUS Small Deep is perfect for (but not limited to): Preparing pasta sauces in advance such as Bolognese, tomato sauce, pesto and so much more! You’ll always have sauces available in the freezer when you find yourself entertaining guests on short notice. Freezing pre-measured amounts of fruits or vegetables for pies and tarts.  Soups and stews When bringing home packages of frozen vegetables or fruits, simply open the bags and transfer the food into your Freezer Mates® containers. Since the food is already frozen, you don’t have to worry about it sticking together so it will be easy to take out just the amount of food you need each time! FEATURES Fast freezing: Their design enables optimal cold air circulation around the container for faster freezing. Fresher for longer: The tight-fitting seal helps protect your food from drying out, prevents spillage, and stops intrusion of odors so your food stays as fresh as possible. Maximum fill line: Using the line inside the container ensures your food has enough space to expand during the freezing process. Durable, flexible: easy unmolding, adapts as your food expands during freezing, and resists cracking and breakage up to -13°F/-25°C Neat and organized freezer: Modular for stacking & arranging. And the colored seals help you categorize your food. No more stains! Unique PLUS stain guard technology helps prevent staining on the inside of the container from ingredients like tomato sauce or turmeric. Purposeful pattern: Etched snowflake pattern on outside of base not only lets you know it’s safe to put in the freezer, but also makes it easier to grip when wet with condensation. Sustainable: Skip disposable freezer bags. All our Freezer Mates® PLUS containers feature our innovative stain guard to help prevent staining from soups, stews, sauces, and so much more. You'll marvel at how neatly the modular containers stack to help keep your freezer shelves organized and clutter-free. When not in use, nest the bases to save room in your storage drawers.
