Double Extended Warranty – Terms and Conditions * The Double Extended Warranty extends to the purchaser additional product warranty coverage for products as stated below, per the standard warranty terms for the FreeStep model purchased:   LT1: Structural Frame: Standard: 2 years Extended: 4 years   Mechanical/Electrical Parts: Standard: 1 year Extended: 2 years   LT3/LT7: Structural Frame: Standard: 3 years Extended: 6 years   Mechanical/Electrical Parts: Standard: 2 years Extended: 4 years   See the Teeter Warranty that comes with your specific product certificate for standard product warranty terms.   The Double Extended Warranty may be purchased at any time within the standard warranty period but coverage under the extended warranty will be determined from the original invoice date for the initial equipment purchase. After the standard warranty period plus extended warranty period has passed from the original invoice date, all product warranties are considered null and void.   Cancellation: The Double Extended Warranty may be canceled within 60 days of its purchase and the customer will be entitled for a full refund. After the cancellation period has expired, the customer may request a refund in writing to the address below along with a copy of the proof of purchase, and an administrative cancellation fee of $3 will be deducted from the refund. Once the standard warranty period has expired, the Double Extended Warranty cannot be canceled.   Transfer: The customer may transfer this Double Extended Warranty only upon sale of the unit to another user by sending written notice of the transfer and a copy of the proof of purchase to Teeter.   Notice of cancellation or transfer must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase of the Double Extended Warranty and submitted in writing to: Teeter – 9713 233rd Ave East, Suite A – Bonney Lake, WA 98391. or by email to: info@teeter.com   The Double Extended Warranty contract is applicable only to the registered unit serial number or a replacement unit authorized by Teeter and is not transferable to any other unit. This Double Extended Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Any and all disputes arising under or related to this limited Double Extended Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
