Back Pain (Freedom from Back Pain) ~ Subliminal

Freedom from Back Pain — If you suffer from back pain then you’re not alone. More than 80% of men and women report back pain sometime in their life. Pain can begin suddenly as a result of an injury or come on slowly, like the muscles are slowly stiffening up until the slightest back movement becomes painful. The natural thing to do when this happens is compensate by standing, sitting, moving, etc. differently than normal. This compensation is often an over-compensation that leads to even more pain and difficulty. Relax and end the back pain cycle! Pain is often identified as a cycle attenuated with fear. That is, we feel the pain, expect it to worsen, it worsens, we therefore expect it to grow even more severe, it does, and so forth. In part, this is both a self-fulfilling prophecy and the result of the tightness and tension we bring to the effected area. Pain is a signal. It can be managed. When one is relaxed and calm, out of the pain cycle, both healing and pain management can be facilitated. This program is designed to assist in the mental aspect of pain management and healing. Customers from around the world have reported great success using this recording, so why wait, act now. Sample Affirmations "I will always choose to relax my muscles.
