Follow these steps for a perfect "locked-in" fit: Feed the Tail: Thread the end of the wrist wrap through the specialized belt loop to create a circle. Position: Slide your hand through the circle so the loop sits on the back or side of your wrist (depending on your preference). Cinch: Pull the wrap tight around your wrist. The belt loop acts as an anchor, allowing you to create high tension without needing a thumb loop to hold it in place. Wrap & Secure: Continue wrapping to your desired stiffness and secure the heavy-duty velcro. Adjust on the Fly: For heavy sets (like sandbag presses), cinch it tight. Between sets, simply loosen the velcro for instant relief without taking the wraps off.
