Claustrophobia (Freedom from Claustrophobia: Staying Calm and Self-Controlled) ~ Subliminal

Freedom from Claustrophobia: Staying Calm and Self-Controlled — Claustrophobia is an anxiety disorder that effects many. It comes in varying degrees. If you experience a chronic case of claustrophobia, you should seek professional health care. That said, for many self-diagnosed cases the condition is minor as opposed to paralyzing. Many people feel they are claustrophobic, and they do sense discomfort under certain circumstances. Become free to live your life!  Our minds can interpret some environments as worrisome. There are many common symptoms that effect those who suffer from claustrophobia. They can include any of the following: Shortness of breath, fast heartbeat, sweating, shaking or trembling, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, hot flashes, hyperventilation, chest tightness or pain, confusion or disorientation, headache, and so forth. If these symptoms are completely overwhelming, do seek professional health care. If you find that you feel some of these things, but they are not so controlling as to unable you, then this program will be beneficial to you. Claustrophobia is generally the result of the fear of certain objects, people, or activities. The causes vary but the condition can be overcome. The mind is interpreting its environment in ways that are fundamentally irrational. This produces the feelings that can seem to impale one. Your mind is incredible. Reinterpreting your environment and the stimuli in it is a matter of rescripting your expectation. The way you talk to yourself often reflects the defective scripting that fuels the fear. For example, you may find yourself saying something like, "I can't go there—it's too crowded." Or something like, "I have claustrophobia and can't handle that." When you talk to yourself in this manner, you are affirming your fear and pre-perception. When your inner talk affirms your ability to manage feelings and reassures your confidence it too frames your perception. The difference is perception changes. The fear disappears. The irrational nature of the fear is uncovered and released. You become free to live your life and enjoy the small things you have formerly denied. Why not act today? Sample Affirmations "I am safe.
