We love a Bourbon Sour but sometimes it's just too much to drink during summertime. We fixed that with this Free Stone recipe. Free Stone 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey 1 oz. Saffron Peach Sour 1 egg white 4 drops of walnut bitters -Combine all but the bitters in a shaker and dry shake without ice -Add ice and shake again until chilled -Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the bitters
