Casa M Spice Co® Free Range®

There is something special about the taste of chicken fresh off the grill. There's the incredible crunch of the crispy skin, the fantastic juicy texture of the meat, and, of course, the unique flavor that comes with over-the-fire cooking. Take your grilled chicken to the next level with Casa M Spice Co® Free Range® BBQ Chicken Dry Rub made from sugar, brown sugar, and other spices added to a Chain Reaction® base to complement the natural flavor of your chicken. It tastes great on chicken prepared in any style: smoked, grilled, baked, or roasted. Pick up the Free Range® chicken seasoning from Casa M Spice Co® and take all your chicken dishes up a notch or two. Created for the perfect BBQ chicken, Free Range® seasoning is sweet and tangy for the classic BBQ chicken flavor. Free Range® also contains very little salt so that you can add as much flavor as you like without ever over-salting. Free Range® was formulated for charbroiled chicken quarters and to be fantastic on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This seasoning makes a delicious BBQ chicken and produces an enviable crunchy skin on smoked, then charbroiled chicken quarters. It is great when smoked, grilled, sous vide and seared, baked, or roasted.  Finishing with a good sear caramelizes the sugars and yields truly remarkable results. Free Range® is available in two heat levels. Our Original blend has just the right background heat to excite your tastebuds while our Uncontrolled blend doubles the heat to satisfy the heat lover in all of us while striking the perfect balance between heat and flavor.
