Frederick Kiesler Coffee Table

Frederick Kiesler's iconic coffee table represents a pivotal moment in modernist design history. Originally conceived in 1935 for a discerning New York residence, this architectural masterpiece features two ingeniously nesting tops gracefully supported by Kiesler's signature conical legs—a structural innovation that defies conventional furniture design. Beyond its striking visual presence, the table embodies Kiesler's revolutionary spatial philosophy, transcending mere functionalism to create what he termed "endlessness"—a seamless dialogue between form, space, and human experience. Each element reflects his visionary approach to architecture and design, where every curve and proportion serves a deeper conceptual purpose. This is not simply a coffee table; it is a rare design artifact that captures the intellectual rigor and creative audacity of one of the twentieth century's most influential architects. A conversation piece for the discerning collector who understands that true design transcends utility to become a statement of aesthetic and philosophical conviction. Manufactured in Italy.
