Franz Hoffmann® Danube Cello Deluxe Outfit

The Franz Hoffmann™ Danube Cello: Classic European Quality. Beginner-Friendly Price. The Franz Hoffmann™ Danube cello is the first Hoffmann offering to be sourced from Europe. This means that, on top of the value and quality construction you’ve come to expect from Hoffmann, you are afforded the dark, rich sound quality long associated with European instruments. With its excellent European construction and materials, the Franz Hoffmann™ Danube cello offers a better way forward for beginning musicians, a better chance at achieving excellence and learning to love to play the cello. Danube cellos are set up in Europe, then carefully shop-adjusted upon arrival at Shar’s facilities in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This level of attention to detail and quality is rarely seen from any other cello shop online, but we at Shar strive to bring our decades of experience to bear to ensure that each Danube cello is among the best cellos for beginners for sale. Each instrument is built from high-quality materials, featuring ebony pegs and fingerboard, a hand carved bridge, a durable oil varnish, a composite endpin, and a composite tailpiece with four fine tuners. Each Danube is outfitted with D’Addario Prelude steel core strings.
