The finest small farm Direct Trade Colombian coffee roasted dark so that a pungent smoky flavor begins to dominate and caramel notes begin to appear. Frank’s French Roast® is named in memory of its number one fan and one of our favorite original customers Frank Spungen (1934-2010).  Every morning for more than a decade Frank would come into our original café in Water Mill to give us his feedback on that day's batch of French Roast. Cereza Coffee connects farmers with small coffee roasters like us so that coffee farmers get paid a fair price for their coffee and we get amazing green coffee beans!
