Frankincense is the resin of the Boswellia tree, and ours comes from Oman, Jordan. It’s used in many perfumes, oils, and holistic medicines. It has been a prized substance for thousands of years, in fact from 1000 B.C. through A.D. 400 the frankincense trades was the most profitable in the world. The smell is musky and woodsy with notes of lemon. We sell ours by the ounce.
