It is believed to possess numerous spiritual properties, including protection, purification, heightened spiritual awareness, and the ability to enhance intuition and clairvoyance. Frankincense has been used in spiritual and religious ceremonies across cultures and religions for its ability to connect the physical realm with the spiritual realm. Its aroma is thought to help open the third eye chakra, which governs intuition, wisdom, and spiritual insight. This makes it an ideal tool to use before meditation or spiritual practices to deepen one's connection to the divine. Frankincense is also said to have antidepressant and stress-relieving properties, which can help alleviate negative emotions and promote a sense of calm and peace. In addition, its purifying properties make it a popular choice for spiritual cleansing and protection, as it is believed to help dispel negative energy and promote positive energy flow.
