Sky Warning FRAMED - reduction woodblock print (11x14")

"Sky Warning" speaks of the storm to come. A helpful notice from nature in the skies above. Crafted to match my "Prairie Paths" and "Earth Layers" prints for their linear aspects. Printed on white thick cotton paper with red and orange inks from a hand carved Shina wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Created by reduction process in 4 layers carved on one woodblock. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print and on the back of each frame.
