Service Details Hourly Rate: $79.99 per hour after an initial evaluation. Parts & Labor: Not included in the hourly rate. Shipping: Clients are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs. A prepaid return label must be included with the delivery. We strongly recommend acquiring shipping insurance and opting for signature-required services. Important Notes Repair Time: The hourly rate covers our evaluation and repair process but does not include the time it takes to repair the drone in question. Phone conversations after the evaluation count toward the hourly rate as they are part of the service, utilizing our expertise and time to assist. Purchasing this service for evaluation does not guarantee that we will fix the drone in question. After the evaluation, we will provide a detailed report and a final estimate to repair the drone if applicable.
