Fox Run - House Plan

The Fox Run is a great option for those looking for a small 2 bedroom farmhouse plan. This plan has tons of curb appeal with its front porch, decorative front gable and classic farmhouse style.  Stepping off the front porch and into the main living space you get a generously sized living room which opens to the luxurious kitchen at the rear. The kitchen features a 3 seat island, wide open windows facing the rear yard and a sizable pantry space.  Off of the living room is the roomy one-car garage. This space includes an optional staircase (if you select a basement foundation), for other foundations, this space is drawn as a set of storage and closets for mechanical equipment.  On the opposite side of the living room is the front bedroom which has a walk-in closet and shares a full bathroom with the main living space. Across the hallway is a convenient laundry room.  To the rear, the primary bed suite features both an en-suite bathroom (with custom shower) and a walk-in closet.  Finally, off the back of the kitchen is the covered rear porch - perfect for dining outdoors or entertaining guests!
