I’ll never forget sitting in my stand when the sounds of the forest shifted," says Jordan. "The squirrels scattered and the birds changed their tune, sending out a warning. Then, a red fox trotted out and sat on a log like it owned the woods, completely unbothered by the birds dive-bombing it.
