Fox Hunt Autumn

Scarlet Coats Across an Autumn FieldThe hunt is mid-stride. Red-coated riders clear a low stone wall, their horses gathered and certain, while hounds spread out across the grass below. Behind them the trees have gone amber and rust, and a country manor holds the rise. Watercolor keeps it loose, full of motion and early light. It's a horizontal piece with a real sense of place, earthy and warm in tone. Hangs well in a study, a paneled hallway, or a cabin or lodge wall that already leans country and western. Pairs well with Animal Artwork, Country and Farm Paintings and Living Room Wall Art. --- The field at full gallop, in watercolorHorses, hounds, and scarlet coats under an autumn sky. Loose brushwork gives it energy and a country mood that suits a study, hall, or lodge.
