Fox Den - House Plan

The Fox Den is a charming 3 bedroom ranch home plan with a great layout that is affordable to build without sacrificing anything.  With a narrow footprint, this floor plan is a great candidate for a narrow building lot. A long open concept living room ties into the dining room and kitchen to the rear.  The grand kitchen features built-in tall pantry cabinets, tons of natural light, an island and a door out to the covered rear patio. The primary bed suite is located to the rear of the plan for privacy and features an architectural sloped ceiling, en-suite bathroom, dual walk-in closets and direct access to the laundry room.  The secondary bedrooms each feature ample sizes, walk-in closets and share a bathroom off of the mud room.
