Forest Retreat Envision a walk through the peaceful woods with this earthy combination of essential oils. May promote a sense of inner strength and encourage meditation. A great way to mentally escape when you can’t get away. Pine – Refreshes a tired mind, encourages peaceful thoughts, motivating, cleansing. Cedarwood – Calming and soothing, helps aid meditation. Juniper – Helps clear the mind, mentally stimulating, detoxifying, rejuvenating. Orange – Encourages a positive outlook and helps open the thought process, uplifting, cheerful, stress-relieving, strengthening. Rosewood – Balancing, thought to help with meditation. Fir Needle – Warming and grounding, emotionally energizing, may help relieve stress and nervous tension. Vetiver – Very earthy and grounding, encourages peaceful meditation. Ways to use: Aromatically: This blend can be added to diffusers or mixed with water in a spray bottle and used as an air freshener.
