Apply a thin layer of oil to a clean pan, then heat it on low until the oil starts to smoke. Let it cool, wipe off any excess, and repeat as needed. Gentle Cleaning: Avoid harsh soaps or scrubbing pads. After cooking, use warm water and a soft sponge to clean the pan. For tough bits, scrub gently with coarse salt and water, then rinse thoroughly. Dry & Oil After Each Use: Always dry your pan completely to avoid rust. Once dry, rub a light coat of oil over the surface to maintain the seasoning and protect the pan between uses.
