Forest Floor to Peak

This unique acrylic painting, rendered on a striking triangular canvas, is a study of vertical ecology and elevation. Titled Forest Floor to Peak, the piece systematically maps the journey from the deepest roots to the highest reaches of the alpine environment. Starting with the rich, dark browns of the forest floor and subterranean root systems, the composition ascends through vibrant bands of green representing the dense pine tree forest. The painting culminates in the rugged, pale tones of the mountain peak, capped by subtle layers of ice and stone. It is a contemplative visual journey, celebrating the distinct, interconnected strata of a natural landscape. Acrylic on canvas 15x9
