Forest Bathing Sugar Scrub

240mL | 8 fl oz Fb Forest Bathing [ all skin types ] STEP 2: Scrub + Exfoliate When you can’t get out there, bring Nature home. Immerse your senses in the rain-drenched, moss clad forests of the Pacific Northwest where trees form a soothing green canopy. Forest Bathing, shinrin-yoku: The ritual of connecting with nature and surrounding ourselves with the energy of the natural world to enhance well-being, reduce stress and restore calm.  Infused with deeply nourishing botanical oils and butters, this luxurious sugar scrub melts into the skin, delivering lasting hydration and comfort. As you massage it in, the aroma unfolds slowly. Earthy evergreens, fresh rain, and forest floor warmth envelop the senses, helping calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Your bath or shower becomes a quiet walk among the trees. Suitable for all skin types, the Forest Bathing Sugar Scrub leaves skin polished, nourished, and softly scented with the grounding essence of the forest. Step out feeling balanced, supple, and beautifully refreshed, with skin that looks as good as it feels. This luxurious exfoliating treatment features certified organic sugar, pure evaporated cane juice sourced from the USA, to gently buff away dead skin cells and reveal a healthy glow. A rich base of certified organic cold pressed soybean oil and Hawaiian kukui nut oil replenishes moisture and supports the skin barrier, while raw Fair Trade shea butter from Ghana melts into the skin for deep nourishment and long lasting softness. DIRECTIONS: Lather up, inhale the fresh aroma, rinse well. Follow with your favorite moisturizer. TIPS: Avoid getting water into your jar of scrub. If shower use feels tricky or you prefer extra care with glass, scoop out only what you need into a small dish before stepping in. As you exfoliate, keep that area out of the direct shower stream so the scrub does not rinse away too quickly. For a more eco conscious ritual, turn the shower off completely while you scrub to conserve water. BENEFITS Gentle Exfoliation: Organic sugar crystals smooth rough texture and remove dead skin cells. Deep Hydration: Soybean and kukui nut oils replenish moisture and support the skin’s natural barrier. Softens and Conditions: Raw Fair Trade shea butter delivers lasting nourishment and suppleness. Antioxidant Support: Plant based oils and butters help protect skin from environmental stress. Improves Skin Texture: Regular exfoliation promotes smoother, more even looking skin. Healthy Glow: Encourages natural cell turnover for brighter, more resilient skin over time. Additional Benefits of our Forest Bathing Essential Oil Blend: When humans breathe phytoncides in, they can produce many benefits inside the body. Some of the responses discovered by science include: Immune response: a 2-hour walk in the forest increases NK cell activity that can last for days Anti-inflammatory: common forest terpenes temper inflammation and reduce oxidative stress Nervous system: forest air creates a relaxation response and lowers nervous system activity Mood enhancing: exposure to forest air reduces cortisol levels and β-pinene has antidepressive properties Sleep: phytoncides like α-pinene enhance sleep Blood glucose: exposure to VOCs can reduce blood glucose levels Visiting forests on a relatively regular basis can be a good health-promoting practice, since, by reducing stress levels and boosting immune function, it seems capable of diminishing the incidence of stress-related and lifestyle-induced illnesses.
