The M.TX is Foredom's most powerful flex shaft, featuring a permanent magnet DC motor with the newest in flex shaft technology. These ball bearing models utilize advanced rare earth magnets (in place of wound fields in Foredom's universal motors) that deliver more torque at low speeds and throughout the entire speed range. No other flex shaft machine gives you greater control of the cutting tool, drill, or bur under any load. TX and TXH motors are NOT available in 230V. The Foredom Series TX is a special High-Torque 1/3hp power tool designed to give high torque at all speeds with smooth acceleration up to 15,000 rpm. The Foredom series TX replaces the series R, which is no longer in production. The TX series uses a special TX foot control. The TX series flex shaft connects to all standard handpieces.
