FORCE USA C10 SLIDING BENCH

FORCE USA SLIDING BENCH The Patent-Pending Sliding Bench Is a Leg Day Game Changer The patent-pending Sliding Bench isn’t just a bench—it’s the world’s first cable-connected, adjustable Sliding Bench built to make compatible CORNERSTONE® models even more capable. This bench combines five stations in one from leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl, while the weight stacks turn a single bench into a full-scale strength training machine. Resistance flows clean from the cables, no weight plates required. The 22" diamond-plated footplate and shoulder pads are ready for punishing leg days, while the preacher curl dial-in hits arms with precision. Every push, pull, curl, and squat stays smooth, heavy, and precise. The harder you push, the more it delivers. Flat, incline, or stored upright, this bench adapts to you and your space. Built tough to survive every session, the Sliding Bench is the kind of training partner that never lets you take it easy. It’s no wonder it was awarded “Most Innovative Weight Bench 2025” by Coop from Garage Gym Reviews. This is what happens when engineers do leg day. This is the Sliding Bench.
