Fondant Sugar

Powdered dry fondant is a powdered cane sugar mixed with 3% invert sugar, that is reconstituted with liquid (water, cherry juice, etc.) and is ideal for candy centers or cordial cherries. Package contains 1 pound. If ordering 50 packages or more at discounted pricing, they will not be individually packaged. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Looking for an easy way to make delightful candy centers? Simply bring 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and 6 tablespoons of butter to the boiling point. Stir in dry fondant and knead with the liquid. Add flavor, nuts, fruit fillings, icing fruits, coloring, or whatever you desire!
