Black Project FoilX 2-Piece Adjustable SUP Foil Paddle

The Best SUP Foil Paddle, High-Performance & Impact Resistant Engineered to Make Foiling Easier The best SUP foiling paddle – The all new FoilX SUP foiling paddle is used for downwind, surf, and flat-water foiling by Hawaiian foiling pioneers, Andrew Gibbons, Gabriella Bella, Jack Ho, Finn Spencer, and Jeffrey Spencer. Featuring a low 9° blade angle and a low aspect ratio blade outline. The FoilX has a powerful catch, and the shorter blade promotes a higher paddlingfoilxnce. A shallow power scoop and reduced blade volume further encourages increased cadence and explosive paddling – helping you to get up onto foil with fewer paddle strokes. With increased area in the toe of the blade, a quick and shallow paddle stroke will give instant boost if necessary to keep you from dropping off foil between swells. The componentized system enables you to customize your FoilX to suit your paddling needs and replace parts as desired. PADDLE INFO Moderate 9.5° Blade Angle:  The FoilX has a moderate 9.5° blade angle results an easier catch, with a smooth paddle entry, slightly more forgiving feel, and increased comfort. Leading Blade Technology: Black Project is the global leader in paddling innovation. The FoilX features a single shallow scoop design with extended dihedral shaped edges. This design is optimized for high cadence and high-power output, and it delivers forward thrust in a smooth and controlled manner. The FoilX incorporates REACT+ Technology (RE+T), with two external carbon plates, amplifying blade power, responsiveness, and energy return. Strategically placing these laminates on the outer layer of the structure multiplies the overall effect, resulting in an impressive stiffness-to-weight ratio. The RE+T is tuned for each blade size, ensuring optimal flex tailored to paddler size. The distinctive design of the FoilX incorporates our Power Ridge (PRT) and Reduced Blade Volume (RBVT) technologies which when combined, lead to a strong, light, and efficient blade. With too many features to list, when choosing Black Project, you are assured that you are putting your performance, safety, and foiling stoke, in the hands of a company, who like you, only accepts excellence. Award Winning Handle: The award-winning hollow carbon PowerGrip ensures that every ounce of effort is translated into forward motion; the ergonomic design maintains comfort throughout extended foil sessions.  Long lasting comfort for SUP foiling. Improved connection between hand and paddle increases power. Hollow pre-prep carbon construction for reduced weight. Construction & Componentization: We have seven+ years experience working with foiling athletes in Hawaii. These athletes have benefited from our componentized paddle system with hot glue assembly; this enables all parts to be swapped or replaced as needed. Ideal for optimization but also in case of damage, this unique system is great for the paddler and better for the environment. The FoilX introduces our new X-Flex high density CNC foam core, which is both stiffer and more resistant to impact, this is combined with new higher modulus carbon laminates to increase strength, reduce weight, and enhance flex properties. Lifetime Part Replacement Policy: Replacement parts are available at a reduced cost throughout the life of your paddle. More details about our full policy will be published in due course.
