THNK.™ Focus Formula Sour Grape

You come home from a full day of class, and the work that's due is still sitting there. It's not laziness. You actually want to do the work. It's adenosine. Adenosine builds up in your brain every hour you're awake. It's part of how your body keeps track of how long you've been up. By the time class ends, there's a full day of it telling your brain to turn off.* That's why your coffee doesn't carry you into the evening. It was before noon. The studying is after dinner. How THNK Focus Formula works One serving (2 scoops) has 200mg of natural caffeine from green tea. Caffeine blocks adenosine from reaching the receptors that make you feel tired.* It doesn't stop adenosine from building. It holds it off for a few hours. That's why the timing matters more than anything else. The rule Take it when you sit down to study, not at breakfast. Keep it at least six hours before bed. Blocking adenosine at night blocks your sleep, too. What's in it Every ingredient and every amount is on the Supplement Facts panel in the product photos. 100-day guarantee That's long enough to cover a full semester. If it doesn't help, you get your money back. Questions about adenosine What is adenosine? A natural compound your brain makes as it uses energy. It builds up every hour you're awake and attaches to receptors that make you feel tired. It's one of the ways your body moves you toward sleep.* Why am I tired after class even when I slept? Sleep clears adenosine out, but it starts building again the moment you wake up. After a full day of class, there's a full day of it, no matter how well you slept the night before. If you're exhausted all the time no matter what you do, talk to a doctor. That's worth checking on its own. So it's not laziness? No. If you're reading this, you want to do the work. Adenosine builds up in everyone who has been awake all day. Why doesn't my morning coffee carry me into the evening? Your body clears about half the caffeine from a cup in around five hours. Coffee at 8am is mostly gone by dinner, and the adenosine kept building the whole time.* How does THNK Focus Formula help? One serving has 200mg of caffeine. Caffeine is shaped enough like adenosine that it sits on the same receptors and keeps adenosine from landing there. The adenosine is still there, but for a few hours it can't make you feel as tired.* When should I take it? When you sit down to study. That's when the adenosine has built up, and that's when you need the block. Keep it at least six hours before bed. Will it keep me up at night? It can if you take it too late. Adenosine is part of what helps you fall asleep, so blocking it at night works against your sleep. Six hours before bed is the line. Can I take it with coffee or energy drinks? Count all your caffeine together. The FDA cites 400mg a day as an amount not generally linked to dangerous effects in healthy adults. One serving is 200mg, so that's half, before any coffee, soda, or energy drinks. Isn't this just caffeine? The caffeine is what blocks adenosine. The difference is that every serving is the same 200mg, so you know exactly what you're taking. A cup of coffee can vary a lot. And the rule is about when you take it, not how much. What if it doesn't work for me? You have 100 days, long enough for a full semester. If it doesn't help, you get your money back.
