Its bevelled profile and two available finishes - White High Gloss and Black Satin - lend a unique design to your living space.                   A UNIQUE, IMMERSIVE LISTENING EXPERIENCE     COMPATIBLE WITH ON WALL 300 STAND TECHNOLOGIES TNF TWEETER Treble finesse Made in France in our workshops, the TNF aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter delivers smooth, clear treble. The surround that connects the dome to its support uses Poron, a shape-memory material. This surround is directly derived from Focal's famous Beryllium tweeter, and reduces distortion by a factor of three between 2000 Hz and 3000 Hz, the most sensitive zone for the ear. In addition, a waveguide has been developed to perfect spatialization and further improve the inverted dome's very low directionality. In the horizontal plane, the frequency response is within +/- 0.5 dB. This performance guarantees an incredibly stable soundstage.         FLAX MEMBRANE Purity and precision of sound As the key component of a loudspeaker, the membrane is at the heart of our acoustic engineers' research. After more than five years of research and development, in 2013 Focal unveiled an exclusive membrane made from flax. Patented, this Flax cone is a sandwich made of very high quality French flax fibre placed between two thin sheets of glass fibre. It satisfies all the criteria of a high-fidelity membrane: lightness to offer good dynamics, rigidity to hold the bass and damping to deliver a neutral, natural, uncolored sound. It is an emblematic Focal innovation in many hi-fi products           REVIEW & AWARDS Focal On Wall 302 Speakers Review - Style & Substance - Read More "I usually shy away from reviewing on-wall speakers because I find them hard to deal with and have been skeptical about their performance potential. Focal offers a strong argument that the tall and slender form factor of an on-wall design may be leveraged to create an excellent speaker, one that literally stands on its own against towers of similar cost, thanks to the exquisite sound the company teases out of its flax 4" drivers and signature inverted dome tweeter. That's the On Wall 302 experience, and it is a Home Theater Review Editor's Choice for 2022." - MARK HENNINGER   Movie Night, Music Night with the Focal On Wall 302 Loudspeaker - Read More "Here’s the thing, though: it’s probably not the best speaker to buy for someone who doesn’t care how a speaker looks and/or doesn’t mind taking up a bit of real estate on the floor. For less than $3000, you can get a pair of floorstanding speakers that offer deeper bass and, perhaps, even higher output (though the latter isn’t guaranteed, since the 302 plays pretty darn loud). They might even have other sonic qualities you like. Focal’s own Chora 806 floorstander, which costs $600 less per pair, is probably the better choice in a stereo music system for that type of listener. And there are a number of good choices from other manufacturers, too. But for someone who wants good sound quality for both movies and music combined with an unobtrusive, elegant appearance and the discreetness that wall mounting provides, a pair of Focal’s On Wall 302s wouldn’t be a good choice—it would be a great choice.
