Focal 100 OD6

100 OD 6 Outdoor speaker The 100 OD6 loudspeakers benefit from Focal know-how for high-quality sound reproduction in outdoor environments. Enjoy Focal sound in your outdoor spaces with 100 OD6, an IP-certified outdoor loudspeaker that stands up perfectly to all weathers. Benefiting from Focal's expertise in acoustics, it features high-performance drivers for hi-fi sound in the open air.   HIGH RESISTANCE In addition to a high-density, UV-resistant Polypropylene damping cabinet, 100 OD6 is IP66-certified, an international standard attesting to its resistance to extreme weather conditions, soundproofing and dust resistance.   EASY INTEGRATION Thanks to its mounting bracket and 180-degree rotation system, the loudspeaker is easy to install and position. The grille and cabinet are available in a ready-to-paint black or white finish for discreet integration in the colors of your choice.   HIGH-QUALITY SOUND OUTDOORS   MULTIPLE INSTALLATIONS With its high impedance (8 ohms), the loudspeaker allows two speakers to be connected in parallel to the same amplifier output.           TECHNOLOGIES INVERTED DOME TWEETER Optimum space dispersion The inverted dome tweeter has been a Focal signature since 1981, offering the property of being a true micro-speaker. The curvature of the dome is much less pronounced than that of positive domes. This results in better space dispersion and very low directionality, unlike ribbon tweeters. The inverted dome tweeter therefore generates unrivalled dynamics, enabling sound engineers to precisely control the dosage of compression. The precision of the image (height, width and depth) is remarkable, making it easy to position each instrument. What's more, a waveguide has been developed to perfect spatialization and further enhance the inverted dome's very low directionality. In the horizontal plane, the frequency response is within +/- 0.5 dB. This performance guarantees an incredibly stable soundstage.         SPECIFICATIONS  Sound - Acoustics Product type Outdoor speaker Woofer 61/2" (165mm) waterproof woofer with Polyglass treatment Tweeter Aluminum inverted dome tweeter Membrane Polyglass Response at - 6dB (Low frequency point) 55 Hz Frequency response (+/- 3dB) 65 Hz - 23 kHz Minimum impedance 6.7 Ω Nominal Impedance 8 Ω Recommened amplifier power 20 - 120 W Sensivity 87 dB Design IP rating IP66 Depth 256 mm / 10.1 in Height 319 mm / 12.6 in Width 224 mm / 8.8 in Accessories Black and white felt Black and white felt ready to stick Grids Fixed Aluminum grille, with rotating logo for vertical or horizontal installation
