Fly Press Alignment & Indexing Tool – 1" Shank with Hardie Base

Precision Alignment for Your Fly Press SetupStop guessing and start working with confidence. The Power Forge Alignment & Indexing Tool is a precision-machined tool designed to quickly and accurately align your hardie base plate and zero point base plate directly beneath the ram of your fly press. How It WorksThe tool features a 1-inch shank with a machined flat that indexes directly into Power Forge tool holders — locking in your angular orientation so there's no rotation or slop. The bottom of the tool is machined to a 1-inch square hardie held to a tight tolerance, slipping cleanly into the Power Forge 1-inch hardie base plate without play. Drop it in, and you've instantly found your X, Y, and angular zero — centered directly below the ram (Z axis). From there, aligning all your other tooling is fast and repeatable. Key Benefits Aligns hardie base plate in X and Y axes Indexes angular position via machined flat on shank Finds zero point directly beneath the fly press ram Compatible with Power Forge tool holders and 1" hardie base plate (sold separately) Machined to tight tolerances — no slop, no guesswork Speeds up setup for all subsequent tooling Whether you're setting up a hardie base plate or a zero point base plate, this tool makes the alignment process quick, accurate, and repeatable — so you can get back to forging.
