FLUX Beamo II Extension Base Riser

FLUX Beamo II Extension Base Riser Shop the official FLUX Beamo II Extension Base Riser and give your Beamo II more height, more clearance, and more project range. This official beamo II Extension Base Add-on lifts the machine, deepens the work envelope to 6.10" (155 mm), and unlocks pass-through processing plus the Chuck Rotary and Auto Feeder add-ons. Without it, Beamo II is limited to a shallow desktop bed. With it, you can cut and engrave thicker stock, wrap cylindrical objects, and feed longer boards through the machine instead of cutting everything down to fit the standard bed. Why this riser matters Stock Beamo II working depth is about 1.18" (30 mm) without the honeycomb, or only 0.28" (7 mm) with it. Mount the Extension Base and usable height jumps to 6.10" / 155 mm—enough for thick hardwood, stacked assemblies, bottles, tumblers, and other pieces that will not sit under a standard lid. This is not a generic stand. It is the FLUX-designed base the machine sits on, with pass-through openings and the clearance required for official Beamo II rotary and feeder kits. Available now at Swing Design. What you can do with it Cut and engrave thicker materials up to 6.10" (155 mm) deep for signs, boxes, layered wood, and bulky blanks. Pass through longer stock instead of tiling every job. Official pass-through specs: 16.14" (410 mm) material width, 13.39" (340 mm) work-area width, and 3.94" (100 mm) pass-through depth. Unlock the Beamo II Chuck Rotary for wrap engraving on cylinders, rings, and spheres. FLUX notes the Chuck Rotary needs the Extension Base for proper use. Unlock the Beamo II Auto Feeder for aligned, repeatable runs on long sheet and strip material. Official compatibility: Auto Feeder and rotary on Beamo II require the Extension Base. Take on bigger finished goods—drinkware, bottles, longer plaques, architectural strips, and production batches that outgrow the standard enclosed bed. The Extension Base is the required foundation for both. Pair them together when you shop at Swing Design. Best for Makers, small shops, and classrooms that already own a Beamo II and need more than a shallow desktop bed: custom tumblers and bottles, thick wood signs, longer cutting runs, gift production, and any workflow that outgrows the factory enclosure. Good to know Installation mounts the Beamo II onto the Extension Base and removes the machine’s bottom plate. FLUX recommends two people for placement. After install, choose the correct height layer for your material and honeycomb setup. Pass-through is included with this base; you do not need a separate pass-through kit for Beamo II.
