Fluffy Fingering Merino Wool Yarn

Rhythmic rows. Light-as-air fabrics. The quiet joy of a fine texture growing line by line on your needles. 🌤️✨ There is a unique kind of magic that belongs entirely to lightweight project bags. It’s the portable freedom of a project that travels with you anywhere, waiting patiently to turn a quiet afternoon into a moment of pure creative joy. Fluffy Fingering is the thinnest member of the Ewe Ewe family, but it packs every bit of the signature bounce, plumpness, and spring that our yarns are loved for. I custom-engineered this yarn because I wanted to take the intimidation out of fine-gauge knitting. Forget thin, stringy, or splitty wools—this yarn is a true joy to hold and watch fly across your needles. Spun in Italy from premium, super-fine Australian merino wool, Fluffy Fingering features a beautifully balanced 3-ply construction. This special design creates an exceptionally smooth canvas that makes delicate lace look incredibly crisp, makes colorwork stitches pop cleanly side-by-side, and gives classic stockinette a luxurious, professional finish. Projects That Wear Beautifully: Delicate Shawls & Wraps: Creates a fluid, cloud-like drape that adds a perfect layer of warmth to any outfit. Everyday Socks: Bouncy and soft enough to keep your feet cozy and comfortable all day long. Lightweight Sweaters: The ultimate choice for trans-seasonal garments, fine yokes, and heirloom baby clothes. Coordinated Color, Designed for Modern Life Because this line is built entirely into our coordinated painter's palette system, our solid shades match perfectly across all four yarn weights. You can easily transition a color scheme from a chunky winter throw straight into a delicate spring accessory! Best of all, luxury doesn't mean high-maintenance! Fluffy Fingering is 100% superwash merino, meaning it can safely go right into the regular family wash in cool water. Choose your favorite tones, find a sunlit corner, and settle into the relaxing knitting rhythm of your next beautiful creation. 📊 Yarn Specs & Technical Details Spec Measurement / Details Fiber Content 100% fine Merino wool from Australia; spun and dyed in Italy Yarn Weight Fingering weight #1 Yardage 200 yards / 190 meters to a 50g skein Gauge 7 sts to 1" on a size US 2 needle Color Range Available in a designer-curated palette of 18 vibrant solid shades Care Instructions Superwash wool; wash inside out in cool water.
