Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake1994–2001 Dodge Ram 1500 / 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 with 5.2L and 5.9L Engines 615109 Overview: The Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake is engineered to enhance the power and efficiency of your Dodge Ram trucks equipped with 5.2L and 5.9L engines from 1994 to 2002. Designed specifically for the Ram 1500 (1994–2001), Ram 2500, and Ram 3500 (1994–2002), this intake system delivers improved airflow and filtration, helping your engine breathe easier and perform better under all driving conditions. Ideal for enthusiasts looking to upgrade their factory air intake, the Delta Force system offers a balance of increased horsepower, torque gains, and durable construction. Whether you’re towing, hauling, or simply seeking enhanced throttle response, this intake is a reliable performance upgrade that complements other modifications such as performance exhausts and tuners. Key Features: The Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake combines advanced materials and thoughtful engineering to maximize airflow and filtration efficiency. Key features include: Custom molded black Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) high-flow intake tube for smooth airflow and durability Black anodized aluminum fittings that resist corrosion and add a sleek, custom appearance High-quality reinforced silicone couplers ensuring a secure, leak-free connection All stainless-steel hardware for long-lasting strength and rust resistance Large diameter, high-flow conical air filter with 8-layer cotton gauze media that traps more dirt than standard 6-layer filters Custom-fit black powder-coated air dam with mounting brackets to securely position the intake system Soft bumpers to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and reduce vibration under the hood Designed specifically for Dodge Ram trucks with 5.2L and 5.9L engines from 1994 to 2002 Max dyno gains of up to 15 horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels over stock intake Construction & Design: The Delta Force intake system is built with premium materials to ensure durability and optimal performance. The intake tube is crafted from Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE), a material known for its heat resistance and smooth internal surface that promotes efficient airflow. Black anodized aluminum fittings provide corrosion resistance and a refined look, while reinforced silicone couplers maintain airtight seals even under high boost or extreme temperature changes. All hardware is stainless steel, preventing rust and ensuring longevity. The included air dam is powder-coated black for added protection and a clean factory-style appearance. Soft bumpers are strategically placed to minimize vibration and prevent any metal-to-metal contact, preserving both the intake system and your vehicle’s engine bay components. Performance & Sound By replacing the restrictive factory air intake, the Flowmaster Delta Force system increases airflow to the engine, resulting in measurable gains of up to 15 horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels. This translates to improved throttle response, better acceleration, and enhanced towing capability. The high-flow conical air filter also contributes to a more aggressive induction sound, providing a subtle but satisfying engine note without excessive noise. Installation & Fitment: Installation of the Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake is straightforward and designed to fit perfectly on Dodge Ram 1500 models from 1994 to 2001, and Ram 2500 and 3500 models from 1994 to 2002 with 5.2L and 5.9L engines. The kit includes all necessary hardware and mounting brackets, allowing for a secure and stable fitment without modifications. Most installations can be completed with basic hand tools in under an hour, making it accessible for both professional installers and experienced DIY enthusiasts. What's Included: Custom molded black XLPE high-flow intake tube Black anodized aluminum fittings Reinforced silicone couplers Stainless steel hardware kit Large diameter 8-layer cotton gauze conical air filter Black powder-coated custom-fit air dam with mounting brackets Soft bumpers to prevent metal-to-metal contact Ideal For: This performance air intake system is perfect for Dodge Ram owners seeking a reliable, bolt-on upgrade to increase engine power and efficiency.
