The Pansy Flowers and Viola Cornabria Blossoms offer a mild, slightly minty flavor, while the Marigold Flowers and Micro Marigold provide a tangy, citrusy kick. Recipes and Tips: Flower Mix is incredibly versatile and can be used to enhance a wide range of dishes. Sprinkle it on top of appetizers like bruschetta, crostini, or cheese platters for a vibrant, flavorful touch. It also works beautifully as a garnish for desserts such as cakes, cupcakes, and ice cream, adding both color and a unique, floral flavor.  For a refreshing twist, try tossing the mix into salads, where its diverse flavors ranging from slightly sweet to citrusy will complement both leafy greens and fruit salads. Additionally, the flowers can be used in beverages, garnishing cocktails, mocktails, or even sparkling water, bringing a sophisticated and visually stunning element to your drinks. Nutritional Facts: Flower Mix offers both aesthetic and nutritional benefits. Pansy flowers are rich in antioxidants, including vitamins A, C, and E, which are beneficial for skin health, immune function, and fighting oxidative stress. Viola Cornabria Blossoms, like pansies, are also loaded with vitamin C. They also contain flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties that protect against oxidative damage.  Both Marigold flowers and their micro counterparts contain potent antioxidants such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which are beneficial for eye health and protect against age-related macular degeneration. These flowers also provide vitamin C, which supports immune function and collagen production for healthy skin. Snapdragon flowers are rich in vitamin C and provide fiber, which is essential for digestion and overall gut health. Incan begonias are known for their tangy flavor and are an excellent source of vitamin C. This vitamin plays a key role in immune health, skin protection, and collagen production. Storage and Usage Tips: Best kept in your refrigerator between 36 to 40°F in their clamshell packaging. This helps maintain their vibrant color and delicate texture.
