Flower Essence Centaury

Sold as a 1/4 oz stock bottle Centaury – (Over-anxious to serve) Positive Balanced Qualities o   Serving others from inner strength, while nourishing one’s own needs, acting from strength of inner purpose, saying “No” when appropriate. Patterns of Imbalance o   Weak-willed, dominated by others, servile, acting to please, difficult saying “No”, fatigue and related problems due to self-neglect. From The Twelve Healers by Edward Bach o   “Kind, quiet, gentle people who are over-anxious to serve others. They overtax their strength in their endeavors. Their wish so grows upon them that they become more servants than willing helpers. Their good nature leads them to do more than their own fair share of work, and in so doing they may neglect their own particular mission in life.” Note: o   No boundaries to protect themselves. o   Centaury can help one to utilize self-care and to say no when they need to without feeling guilt or shame.
