FLOW 11.8 mm

Flexible and lightweight low stretch kernmantle rope for tree care The FLOW 11.8 mm low stretch kernmantle rope is designed for tree care. Its medium diameter provides great performance in terms of flexibility and weight. The rope’s low elongation under load increases efficiency when moving in the tree. EverFlex technology provides great flexibility and handling over time. It comes with a splice at one or two ends, for optimal rope glide through devices like a friction saver or pulley, and through tree branches. With a small splice, the rope can pass through the friction chain of the ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusiks. The rope is available in two colors and four lengths with one splice, and one length with two splices. Description Rope designed for tree care: - Patented splice at one or two ends for easier rope glide through devices like a friction saver or pulley, and through tree branches - Small splice allows the rope to pass through the friction chain of the ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusiks - Low elongation under load increases efficiency when moving through the tree Medium diameter provides great performance in terms of flexibility and weight Consistent performance over time: - 100% polyester double weave construction - EverFlex technology provides great flexibility over time and under a variety of conditions (water, dust, mud), allowing it to maintain excellent handling and optimal performance with devices Available in two colors (green and orange), to help easily identify different work ropes Standard lengths: 25, 35, 45, and 60 meters with one splice, and 45 meters with two splices Specifications Diameter: 11,8 mm Material(s): Polyester Certification(s): CE EN 1891 type A, ANSI Z133 Weight per meter: 103 g Strength: 27 kN Strength tied with figure-eight knot: 15 kN Strength with splice: 15 kN Impact force (factor 0,3): 5,9 kN Number of factor 1 falls: 6 Construction: 24 carrier Percentage of sheath: 53 % Static elongation: 3 % References References R079DA06 R079DA07 R079DA00 R079DA01 R079DA02 R079DA03 Length 25 m 25 m 35 m 35 m 45 m 45 m Color(s) Green Orange Green Orange Green Orange 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice 1 splice Guarantee 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years Inner Pack Count 1 1 1 1 1 1 Price $154.95 $154.95 $199.95 $199.95 $239.95 $239.95 References R079DA04 R079DA05 R079EA00 R079EA01 Length 60 m 60 m 45 m 45 m Color(s) Green Orange Green Orange 1 splice 1 splice 2 splices 2 splices Guarantee 3 years 3 years 3 years 3 years Inner Pack Count 1 1 1 1 Price $304.95 $304.95 $269.95 $269.95 Technical notice Download the PDF : technical-notice-FLOW-CONTROL-2 - 2.94 MB Declaration Of Conformity Download the PDF : UE-Declaration-R079DA-R079EA-R079AC-R079BC-R079CC-FLOW 11.8 - 0.79 MB Tips for maintaining your equipment Download the PDF - 2.33 MB PPE inspection procedure  Download the PDF - 0.84 MB PPE checklist Download the PDF - 0.21 MB
