Observant Jews hang them on every doorway of the home (except for the bathroom). These beautiful Mezuzahs are a perfect gift for yourself, a new homeowner, or a new baby or child’s room.  Each piece measures 1" x 3.5" x .75”   *The Kosher Mezuzah scroll (also known as a klaf) is rolled and placed in the Mezuzah case. Made from genuine parchment from the skin of a kosher animal, inscribed in black ink, and include specific Hebrew verses from the Torah. It is hand-written by a trained, religious devout scribe, known in Hebrew as a sofer. The sofer concentrates intensely and writes with special Hebrew characters in a beautiful calligraphic hand.
