Floramite SC

Mites are very damaging to greenhouse plants and are hard to get rid of if not managed with the right product. Floramite SC is a miticide made specifically to target various mite species, killing them quickly and providing a long residual for greater control weeks after application. It's useful as a standalone product or combined with other miticides in an integrated pest management program (IPM). How Floramite SC Works Floramite SC contains bifenazate with a mode of action targeting the mites' nervous system. It induces paralysis not long after direct contact, leading to immobility and ultimately death. It takes only minutes for the mites to die and continues to work for up to three weeks after application, making it highly useful at preventing reinfestations in the same area. Where to Use Floramite Miticide Use Floramite SC Ornamental Miticide in greenhouses, interiorscapes and plant nurseries to kill and control invasive mites. It can also be used outdoors in fields and ornamental landscapes, including recreational areas like golf courses, parks and athletic fields. Use it to protect non-bearing fruit and nut trees, greenhouse-grown tomatoes, trees and shrubs, bedding plants and more. Features and Benefits Floramite is perfect for use in IPM programs because it's very tough on plant-damaging mites but less harmful to predatory mites and beneficial insects. It comes in an easy-to-apply suspended concentration and controls mites for weeks with a single application. Other benefits include: Knocks down mites on contact Provides mite control for up to three weeks Works alone or in an IPM program Floramite SC Kills Unwanted Mites Citrus mites, red mites, two-spotted spider mites and other species are no match for the powerful formulation of Floramite SC Ornamental Miticide. It can be applied to most areas, from golf courses to commercial greenhouse plants, and is fast acting while also providing three weeks of residual control with one application. It's a vital part of any IPM program and is easy on predatory mites when using biological control in the same area.
