Use your favorite clear glass or teapot to watch the full bloom Sip slowly while journaling, meditating, or just taking a mindful pause Refill with hot water two more times—each steep brings a new layer of flavor Pair with soft morning light or a quiet evening playlist The Story Behind The Qi The Qi was founded by a woman inspired by the quiet joy of drinking tea with her grandmother while growing up northeast of Beijing. Years later, a journey to Shangri-La reawakened her connection to the beauty and healing power of flower tea. That experience sparked a mission to share this ancient ritual with others. Every bloom is selected for its purity, vibrancy, and time-honored benefits—offering a gentle, natural way to slow down and nourish yourself, inside and out.
